Termed a "management buyout with private equity funding", this positions our company for growth while offering a greater level of service and flexibility for our customers and suppliers. The availability of additional sources of funding will enable CERAC to invest in technology, equal to or beyond the needs of its customers. Moreover, we will continuously advance our safety and environmental stewardship in the development, manufacture, and shipment of our products.
