Management Team Buys FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CERAC, incorporated, the Milwaukee, WI specialty inorganic chemicals maker, has been purchased by Dan Verzal, Chief Executive Officer, Bart Ott, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, and the Facilitator Capital Fund, a private equity fund. Verzal and Ott will continue to provide strong leadership and direct the company with the same innovation, flexibility and customer service that has made CERAC one of the leading inorganic materials manufacturers in the world since 1964. Facilitator Capital Fund is committed to support management's growth initiatives, increase the scope of the company's products and ensure the company's long-term strength. The change in ownership creates many opportunities for CERAC and its employees. "We strongly believe that our employees are the key to our past and future success," Verzal said. CERAC was originally established to meet the needs of the research and development communities producing smaller quantities of less common, known purity inorganics. Today CERAC offers over 2000 stock items in quantities from 1 gram to thousands of kilograms. Sales in excess of $15 million are made up of a comprehensive product line including metals, alloys, rare earth compounds, evaporation materials, sputtering targets, ceramic and cermet compounds and high purity materials.
